1. Who we are and what these terms cover

championtowery.com (the “Site”), presented under the ChampionChoice brand, and the original games available on it — including Rome Slot, Ocean Slot, Aqua Slot, Cruise, Night City, Gotham City, Crypto Adventure, and Cyber City (each a “Game” and together the “Games”) — are operated by ChampionChoice LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), Registration No. 04028463, registered address 4137 Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL 60471-1253, United States. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and us and govern your access to and use of the Site and the Games (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. The Games are free social entertainment, not gambling

The Games are free-to-play, demo-style social games provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not offer, promote, or facilitate real-money gambling of any kind, and they do not provide casino services. No wagers of money or anything of monetary value are placed, accepted, or held by us at any time. The Service is not a gambling service within the meaning of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and is not licensed or regulated as one in any Australian state or territory.

The Games do not award, and you cannot obtain through them, money, cryptocurrency, merchandise, vouchers, sweepstakes entries, or any other prize or benefit having real-world value. There are no withdrawals and no cash prizes. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Virtual coins

Virtual coins, chips, spins, scores, and any other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are functional parts of the individual demo Games and exist only inside them. Virtual Items:

  • have no monetary value and are not a currency, deposit, credit, stored value, or property of any kind;
  • cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for money, transferred to another user, sold, or redeemed for prizes or benefits of real-world value;
  • are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Games and remain our property;
  • may reset when a session ends or when we update a Game.

You acquire no ownership right in any Virtual Item, and we owe you no compensation of any kind for Virtual Items that are lost, adjusted, expired, or removed.

4. The Games are provided free of charge

Access to the Games is free. There are no purchases, deposits, subscriptions, or payments of any kind, and we do not request payment card details. If we introduce optional in-game purchases in the future, we will update these Terms and disclose the purchase terms before any purchase can be made.

5. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18. Access is blocked by an age gate until the visitor confirms the age requirement.

6. No player accounts, wallet, or deposits

The Site does not operate player accounts, a shared balance, a wallet, deposits, purchases, or cash-out functions. Virtual Items shown inside a demo remain inside that demo and may reset when the session ends. Do not send payment details or money to ChampionChoice.

7. Games hosted on this site

Each Game is an original ChampionChoice title hosted on championtowery.com. Games open on this Site and are not loaded from a third-party game server. If a Game asks for payment information or redirects to a real-money gambling service, close it and notify us at ChampionChoice@proton.me.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service if you are under 18; use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or modified clients; exploit bugs or manipulate demo results; attempt to sell, buy, or transfer Virtual Items; reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the Service; interfere with its operation or security; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may block or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we detect abuse, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Virtual Items inside individual demos may be reset or removed without notice.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, game mechanics, text, graphics, sounds, and the ChampionChoice name, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. All other rights are reserved. We are an independent operator of free social games and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any real-money gambling operator, casino, or licensing authority.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including help services listed on our Responsible Social Play page, and may contain links placed under commercial arrangements. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Our commercial arrangements do not change how the Service works or what it offers. 12. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including individual Games and Virtual Items, at any time.

13. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and your consumer rights

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for the loss of Virtual Items.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

14. Responsible play

The Games are intended as entertainment. If your play stops feeling like entertainment, our Responsible Social Play page sets out warning signs, the self-limitation tools available on the Site, and free confidential support services in Australia.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at championtowery.com/terms with a new effective date and, where the change is material, notify registered users by email or by notice on the Site before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law, disputes, and provider details

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection available where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, or any right to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law requires it. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
