Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026. This page explains how ChampionChoice LLC (“we”) uses cookies and similar storage on ChampionChoice. It sits next to our Privacy Policy.

Controller: ChampionChoice LLC, 4137 Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL 60471. Email: ChampionChoice@proton.me.

1. What we mean by cookies

A cookie is a small file a site can store on your device. This site is mostly static HTML. We do not run a tag manager or ad network on our own pages. We do use the browser’s localStorage and sessionStorage for two first-party flags. Those are cookie-like: they stay on your device and are read by our script on later visits.

2. First-party storage we set

Name Where Why How long
age_ok cookie Remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the age gate does not repeat. 30 days
age_denied cookie Remembers that you said you are under 18, so access stays blocked. 24 hours
cc-cookie localStorage Remembers that you accepted this Cookie Policy banner, so it stays dismissed. Until you clear site data

We do not use those flags to identify you by name, to advertise, or to sell a profile. They are necessary for the age reminder and for the banner not to nag you after you accept.

3. What we do not set on our pages

  • No advertising cookies.
  • No analytics pixels (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, and the like).
  • No “share with friends” social plugins that drop third-party cookies on load.
  • No affiliate or retargeting cookies on ChampionChoice HTML.

4. Storage inside our games

Each Game is hosted on this Site. Opening a Game may use first-party local storage or a session identifier so the reels can run. We do not load games from other studios. If you block site storage, some Games may fail to start.

5. Host logs

The company that hosts these files may log IP address, user-agent, and the path you requested. That is a server log, not a cookie we drop. Typical rotation is 30–90 days. We use it to keep the site up and to look at abuse, not to market to you.

6. Legal basis

The age flag and the banner flag are used so we can run an 18+ lounge and remember a choice you made (legitimate interest / your request). We do not treat them as “sale” or “share” of personal information under US state privacy laws. Contact mail is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Your choices

  • Accept the banner to store cc-cookie and hide the bar.
  • Clear cookies and site data in your browser to wipe both flags. The age gate and the banner will show again.
  • Block site storage if you do not want a Game to keep a session. Some games will then fail.
  • Write to ChampionChoice@proton.me with the subject “Cookies” if you have a question about this page.

8. Changes

If we add a tracker, we will update this page and the date at the top before we turn it on. We do not currently plan to add advertising cookies.
